Peter Riley, Managing Director, has successfully owned his own businesses in the promotional products industry since 1989 and won several major awards for excellence in product creativity. Peter's strong leadership of our team and customer relationship skills have seen him retain some of our major clients for over sixteen years.

Helen Riley, Partner and Account Director, previously spent over 20 years in customer service management with international companies and local government. Since joining Peter in the business 10 years ago, she has also won several industry awards for product creativity and has established strong relationships with a number of Key Merchandise's largest clients.
